Laura is originally from Western NY. She left home at 18 years old to pursue a touring career as a vocalist. She has worked as a background singer for various renowned artists for a period of 10 years and over those years toured many stadiums, festivals and other large venues across the Country. Through touring she found her passion. She moved to Nashville via Southern California in 1991 to get married and raise 3 children alongside her husband Ed who is a Grammy awarded and nominated Nashville Songwriter/Publisher/Musician. She created and directed a summer camp for 350-400 teenagers per week for 2 weeks every summer for 14 years called The JAM Summer Music Camp that was very successful. In 2006 she and her husband purchased a historical home in downtown Franklin to restore and create a venue that hosted private parties, weddings, rehearsal dinners and more. This venture, though very successful ended because of the growing streetscape and the growth of new businesses that brought about a busier downtown atmosphere. They decided to close their venue in 2019 called “Our Red House” and lease the property. Laura has always been involved in community projects, she has hosted as M.C/ and event planner/coordinator for countless Charities. She loves to help people, she loves music, culture, history and art. She loves to experience everything there is to explore in this beautiful world we live in. Laura wants to bring some magic to people, to shift them from everyday reality for a bit and travel to places so beautiful they take your breath away! Nothing but good juju for all who travel with her or for whom she can create an experience they will never forget!
