Charges are based on the complexity and length of the trip and will be clearly outlined by your advisor after the initial complimentary exploratory conversation. Outlined fees will only be charged should you choose to move forward with the travel planning.

We take the time to research and analyze multiple options for tours, hotels, and cruises to ensure we find the best option for you.
CUSTOM ITINERARY PLANNING AND MANAGEMENT
We use our extensive knowledge to plan and execute a fully custom day-by-day itinerary including: hotel and room suggestions, touring and activity options, special event options, restaurant recommendations and more.
VILLA AND YACHT CHARTER PLANNING AND MANAGEMENT
We know how widely villas and yachts can vary, so we work with our local contacts to ensure we find the right fit and experience for you. Successful trips also include planning and executing group transportation, touring, activities and special event options.
VALIDATION SERVICE
We are happy to review plans or arrangements you have made on your own and offer suggestions for possible improvements.

We are a full service agency, which means we can arrange your dining reservations, spa services, tee times, court time, ski services, etc. We are also happy to put you in touch with the concierge at your destination should you wish to arrange this on your own.

Should you need to cancel your reservation, we will work to ensure you receive the appropriate refunds. The charge for this service may be included in cancellation insurance coverage.
