Casey’s passion for travel and adventure was instilled in her at an early age. While growing up, her family tried to take three annual vacations: one for culture and food, one ski trip and one warm destination to enjoy the beach and completely relax and unwind. This diverse exposure to travel has since led her to wander through the Louvre, ski in a 42 inch snow storm in Tahoe, glamp in the Sahara Desert, get her scuba diving license in The Great Barrier Reef, plan the ultimate wedding weekend on the Amalfi Coast and a honeymoon in the South of France, bungee jump in Queenstown New Zealand and eat/drink her way through a Tuscan wine tour, among many other amazing experiences.
Even before Casey became a travel designer she was always helping her family, friends and colleagues plan their travel and events. When posed with a simple question about a destination or hotel she would respond by providing full itineraries down to every uncompromising detail— sometimes even helping to curate outfits for an occasion and frequently setting up introductions to locals she had met along her travels. She doesn’t drink much coffee (at least she didn’t prior to becoming a mom) but she is an adrenaline junky and an obsessive researcher. Casey is a connector and has an energetic aura of curiosity that she loves sharing with others. When she is not planning her next adventure she can be found exploring new museums, restaurants and bars in Philadelphia and the surrounding cities. Casey summers at her “happy place”- her modest beach home in Ocean City, NJ and enjoys quick weekend getaways to her in-laws home in Great Barrington, MA in the colder months. She loves a great farmers market, a very dry and slightly dirty martini, rocking a sweater on a cool evening after a sun-filled beach day and live music of all kinds. Her husband has certainly rubbed off on her and made her a “car girl” but that being said, her forever favorite form of transportation will always be a boat. Despite being born and raised in Philadelphia, she prefers pizza and Chinese food over a cheesesteak.
Exploring the world has always been such an important part of Casey’s life. She has enjoyed traveling solo, with friends and as a wife. Most recently, she prides herself on not giving up the glamour of travel now that she has a baby in tow. She loves finding the most stylish (and oftentimes not the most well-known) hotels and restaurants that are great for solo travel, travel with friends, honeymoons or couple trips, celebratory retirement or corporate travel and family vacations alike. Creating memories that last a lifetime is irreplaceable and she looks forward to learning each unique travel style and curating the perfect itinerary for you.
